Rental Conditions

Here is an excerpt from our rental terms

These rental conditions apply exclusively to the motorhomes of Premium RV rental

The deposit is 1000€
In case of damage, the deductible is 1000€ (fully comprehensive) or 500€ (partially comprehensive).
The deposit can be made in cash, by advance bank transfer or as a reservation on the credit card.

tours in eastern european countries are only permitted with a seperate written permission from the rental company

service fee of € 149 applies once per rental

you will receive a detailed vehicle instruction in English
the outside cleaning of the vehicle during vehicle return is included
toilet chemicals are included
Adapter cables, ramps and cable drums are included
2 full gas bottles are include
vehicles are cleaned inside and outside
Upon return, the vehicles must be cleaned internally and returned with emptied fresh and waste water tanks. On request, we take over the interior cleaning (excluding fresh water and waste water emptying) for only 99 €
cleaning costs for unpurified or insufficiently cleaned interior are charged to the tenant (minimum 60 €)
An unleaded sewagetank is charged with min. 100 €

Up to 60 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee is 20% of the rental price
from 59th to 14th day before travel: Cancellation fee is 50% of rental price
from 14 days before departure: Cancellation fee is 80% of rental price
cancellation on day of rental: Cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price
If the vehicle is not accepted by the tenant, this is considered a rescission
In the case of vehicle return before the agreed return date, the full agreed rental price is charged

The motorhome is handed over with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank (diesel).
